Description
Kashmir shawl or kani shawl in cream, blue, red and black wool, cashmere or pashm, drawloom woven twill tapestry weave with interlocked wefts. Plain cream centre ground. Wide palla borders with four rows of blue, red and black boteh or Kashmiri pattern motifs with narrow geometric border either side and slight warp thread fringe at end. Selvedge borders with narrow geometric design.
